WLA introduced the Blacklist intending to improve the confidence and security of the independent freight forwarding industry. We hope the list can help our members manage their business risks, minimize the impacts, and achieve financial goals during the ongoing global pandemic.

Although WLA has a vigorous Network Application process for screening potential Network Partners, situations arise which force WLA to terminate a member for the non-payment of debts to WLA Network Partners. In such instances, these unpaid debts are reported to our Preferred Industry Partner, Forwarders Debt Recovery Services (FDRS) for their further action.
